You will be given clear, precise instructions and a map showing you how to get to your vacation home.

MEET & GREET

Our Property Management Company, Orlando Property Services,(OPS.etc) will have one of their team at the home to 'Meet & Greet' your party.

They will show you where everything is and how everything works.They will give you a key and the garage remote and answer

any questions you may have.

WELCOME PACK

Waiting for you at the home will be a complimentary ‘Welcome Pack’ containing the immediate essentials such as water, eggs, milk, butter, cheese, crackers, coffee, cookies & sodas for the kids and a complimentary bottle of wine or a pack of beers.

INFORMATION BOOK

Every home contains an 'Information Book' packed full of useful information such as the major parks and the quickest routes, the best shopping malls, beaches, golf courses, dining and lots more besides.

ATTRACTION TICKETS

Just click on the 'Tickets' section at the top of this page and order your ‘Discount Tickets’ to all the major Theme Parks, Attractions & Shows ONLINE. Tickets will be handed to you at your 'Meet & Greet' at the home. It saves you money and saves having to wait in long lines at the Parks!

GOLF PROGRAMS

OPS.etc can tailor make golf programs to suit all handicaps and budgets. There is an abundance of great championship courses all within 30 minutes of the home.

DEPARTURE MEETING

One of the OPS.etc Team will arrive to assist you in checking-out. They will collect the key and the remote and ensure you have had a great time and who knows you may even want to re-book our home for next year!!!
